How to order
We sell to national chains and to people who own one store. Both are welcome, and the process is identical — there is no tier where you get taken more seriously.
What to send
Four things, and we can come back to you.
There is no form and no account to open. An email listing these four things is everything we need to come back to you with availability.
Style numbers — from any page in the catalog. The number in mono type at the top of each style page is the one we work from.
Assorted or single color — see below if you are not sure which suits your floor.
How many cases you want of each.
Your business name. That is the whole of the qualifying we do.

Assorted case
48 OR 72 PER CASE
Eight colors to a case, our selection, across a full size run — counted in sets for a scrub set, in pieces for a top, pant or jacket. The way most independent stores buy: it puts a spread of color on the floor without committing to any one.
Single color case
36 PER CASE
One color, full size run, counted the same way. The way chains and hospitals buy, and the right choice when a uniform policy fixes the color.
Cut for men
Menswear, packed the same way.
Men's sets run across the range and case up the same — assorted or single color, a full size run in every box. Order them on the same list as everything else.
What happens next
Usually the same day.
Most inquiries are answered the day they arrive. If a style is in stock we can confirm immediately; if it is not, we will tell you what is realistic rather than guess.
You send the list. Email or phone, whichever suits.
We confirm availability for each style and color, and flag anything that would change your list.
You confirm the order and we take it from there.
If you are new to this
Never bought scrubs wholesale before?
Say so in the first message. It is a normal thing to write, not a problem.
Tell us what kind of store you run and roughly who your customers are, and we will point you at the fabric that fits your floor. Heavier is not automatically better — a busy retail floor and a hospital ward do not want the same cloth. If you are opening a uniform store, we can suggest a starting spread of styles and colors.
